Dedicated to Stock Photography
We love our freedom. Shooting for stock images agencies gives us a great share of creative freedom. The fast changing Stock photography market brings its daily challenges and keeps the team sharp and motivated. We keep on innovating rather then to replicate.
Our clients in mind
We strive to produce “clean” images, ready to be used for production purposes, often going the extra mile while processing our images. Having being active in the communication industry for years, we understand the importance for fellow designers of buying photos which have been correctly retouched.
Traditional services
We propose a full range of photographic services such as Private & Corporate Events, Advertising and Studio photography, Product & Catalog work.
Not a One Man Show, but a team effort
After spending almost 20 years in the field of Design & Advertising, Jean-Marie Guyon (founder of CandyBox Images) decided to go back to his old youth passion: photography. He then in 2008, assisted by his wife Leona , started a new venture in the world of (micro)stock photography, CandyBox Images.

One meter thick ancient walls, our studio
Can you image going for your job to an historical castle, well we do. We have established our studio in the local authentic Jindrichuv Hradec State Castle, administered by the National Institute of Historical Monument, dating from the 1220.
Majestic complex
The majestic complex of the castle and chateau buildings in Jindrichuv Hradec, which was declared a national cultural monument in 1996, ranks among the Czech Republic’s largest heritage complexes. Together with the adjoining town, it is combined in a harmonious unit, whose historical character and unique architectural and artistic sights makes up an urban conservation area, as was declared as early as 1950.
A general reconstruction was started in 1976 and lasted, with intervals, seventeen years. The chateau complex was rescued to the expense of 120 million crowns and reopened to the public in 1993.
South Bohemia, an inspiring Czech province
Almost two years ago, we decided to leave the crowded Czech capital of Prague and to move our studio to the South Bohemia region. We love this region, its rich nature and cultural heritage. We find here an endless source of inspiring unique locations.
Picturesque countryside
South Bohemia is a picturesque country of ponds, forests and peat bogs, scattered with charming silhouettes of little medieval towns, village churches and snow-white estates. Tourists are attracted mainly by the harmony of the local nature and folk architecture. The region is a highly south-after touring destination not only for its scenic beauties, but also for a number of historical monuments, spa resorts and conditions favorable for recreation.
